Hongshen Prominent Scholar
Application Qualifications: Changjiang distinguished professor, National Distinguished Young Scholars, and the equivalent level.
Salary and Remuneration: (1) Pre-tax annual salary of CNY 800,000, enjoy high teaching and scientific research awards beyond the work task; (2) Appointed as a professor with doctoral supervisor qualification. In addition to the scientific research funds provided by the state, the university provides CNY 800,000 for humanities and social sciences, CNY 1,000,000-3,000,000 for science and engineering research start-up funds, and supporting funds for related scientific research platforms; (3) relocation fee: CNY 2,000,000(Including national and local), the school helps to solve the problem of spouse's work and children's enrolling in kindergarten and provides other necessary working and living conditions

Application Qualifications: (1) generally under the age of 45(science and engineering) and 50(Humanities and social science); (2) With independent scientific research ability and stable research direction, active academic thinking, and the ability to become an academic leader in related fields; (3) National-level Young Talents Program (Project) selected.
Salary and Remuneration: (1) annual salary of CNY 600,000 (Full caliber revenue including pre-tax annual salary, local talent allowance, housing provident fund, and social security), enjoy high teaching and scientific research awards beyond the work task; (2) Appointed as a professor with doctoral supervisor qualification. Application Qualifications: generally under the age of 35(science and engineering) and 40(Humanities and social science); with no less than 2 years academic work experience. And meet one of the following two conditions: (1) be nominated by National-level Young Talents Program; (2) or the talents introduced overseas should be assistant professors of famous overseas universities and research institutes or outstanding young talents with equivalent experience and level.
Salary and Remuneration: (1) annual salary of CNY 450,000 (Full caliber revenue including pre-tax annual salary, local talent allowance, housing provident fund, and social security), enjoy high teaching and scientific research awards beyond the work task; (2) Appointed as a professor in advance with doctoral supervisor qualification, the university provides CNY 1,000,000-2,000,000 for science and engineering, CNY 300,000-500,000 for humanities and social sciences research start-up funds and supporting funds for related scientific research platforms; (3) relocation fee: CNY 600,000(Including national and local), the school assists to solve the problems of children's school enrollment.

Application Qualifications: generally under the age of 35(science and engineering) and 40(Humanities and social science); with no less than 2 years academic work experience. And meet one of the following three conditions: (1) Major participant of National Natural Science Award, National Technological Invention Award or National Science and the Second Prize of Technology Progress Award (ranking the top three) and the First Prize of Provincial Science and Technology Award (ranking the first); (2) or Third Prize or above of T-level Achievement Award according to the school grading system (ranking the first), Second prize of Outstanding Achievement in Social Science or above of B-level Achievement Award (ranking the first). (3) or Published 5 or more ESI papers with high citation and hot topics as correspondence or first author

Application Qualifications: (1) Candidates who have obtained a doctoral degree from well-known universities or research institutions at home and abroad, with high academic attainments, and whose academic achievements in the past five years are higher than or basically up to the academic level of the corresponding disciplines evaluated and hired by our university; (2) Generally under the age of 45(science and engineering) and 50(Humanities and social science).
Salary and Remuneration: (1) Execute post performance pay (2) relocation fee: CNY 400,000-600,000; (3) the university provides CNY 600,000-1,000,000 for science and engineering, CNY 200,000-400,000 for humanities and social sciences research start-up funds.
Associate Professor, Prospective Associate Professor
Application Qualifications: (1) Candidates who have obtained a doctoral degree from well-known universities or research institutions at home and abroad, with good academic potential, and whose academic achievements are higher than or equal to the academic level of the associate senior position in the corresponding discipline of our university; (2) Generally under the age of 35(science and engineering) and 40(Humanities and social science).
Salary and Remuneration: (1) Execute post performance pay (2) relocation fee: CNY 250,000; (3) the university provides CNY 200,000-300,000 for science and engineering, CNY 50,000-100,000 for humanities and social sciences research start-up funds.
Hongshen Young Teacher
Application Qualifications: (1) The time required to obtain a Ph.D. is generally no more than 3 years; (2) under the age of 35; (3) With the ability to do scientific research independently and great potential for academic development.
Special funding: (1) Graduated from the top 100 overseas high-level universities (high-end research institutions) by subject ranking in the world (ARWU, QS, THE, USNEWS that year), or ranked A or above in domestic subject ranking or applicants with excellent doctoral degrees who have achieved the paper requirements for the application of professional title of full-time scientific research series associate researcher in the university.
Key funding: (1) Graduated from well-known universities (research institutions) at home and abroad with an excellent doctoral degree in superior disciplines
