Research and Honors

Professor Minghui Hu has been engaged in research on various aspects of new energy vehicles since 2003, mainly including configuration analysis and optimization of power transmission systems, energy management and evaluation, dynamic process control, parameter matching design. In recent years, he has been actively working in the field of vehicle dynamics and new energy vehicles, especially in the area of control and configuration of the power transmission system. So far, Prof. Hu has led or participated in over 30 important research projects, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key R&D Program of China and the National "Technology Support Plan". He has obtained 3 scientific and technological advancement awards in provincial and ministerial levels. Also, Prof. Hu has authored or co-authored more than 100 research papers, of which more than 50 are indexed in SCI, and applied for more than 50 national invention patents. At the same time, he serves as a review expert for many domestic and foreign academic journals, as well as an evaluation expert for Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and Technology, and Chongqing Science and Technology Commission.
