The First Trial of "The 9th Mechanical Innovative Design Competition for National College Student" in CQU Successfully Came to an End!

To improve the students' innovation ability and assess the design of each team, the 9th Mechanical Innovation Competition & the 2nd College Students Manufacturing Day of CQU, assisted by the Mechanical Innovation Association of CQU and Huiyu Innovation Association of CQU, was held in Room 203, 204, 205 and 206 of No.5 Building in campus A at 9 am on Sep. 29^th, 2019.

After a brief opening ceremony, a total of 34 teams were divided into three groups, and every group presented their work in a separate classroom. All groups submitted the design specification of the work, which would briefly explain the design. They further presented their work to judges with PPT, animation, 3D model, and so on within 7 minutes.

After all, teams finished the presentation, the judges asked questions which most of the teams could answer clearly. After a comprehensive understanding of the design, the judges carefully analyzed each design, showed their views on the works. For the good ones, they would demonstrate their praise & encouragement. For the design that are not very suitable for the competition, they would give valuable suggestions

After all, teams finished their presentation, the staff would calculate the score of each team in Room 206. As for the final result? Let's wait and see!
